Mini-split installation
Ductless systems are Evan’s specialty. With HVAC training and EPA Section 608 Universal certification, he brings focused expertise to your installation and coordinates with other qualified trades when needed.
Evan grew up in New Hampshire and has spent a decade working on homes. He’s down-to-earth, hands-on, and cares about getting the details right, because the work is happening in someone’s home.
Evan earned his HVAC certificate from Manchester School of Mechanical Trades five years ago. He holds EPA Section 608 Universal certification and a gas fitter’s license, and has grown in the field to become director of HVAC for a regional company. Helios brings that experience and personal attention to a business of his own.
His focus is mini-split installation and ventilation repairs and installs. Evan stays close to the work and the homeowner, coordinating with qualified trades as needed. Electrical work and permit requirements are discussed as part of planning each project.

THE HELIOS APPROACH
Good work is in the details.
A mini-split should fit how you live. Start with a conversation about your rooms, your existing system, and what you want to feel different.
01 / YOUR HOME
Listen before recommending.
A room that runs hot, a new addition, or a space without ducts: the right starting point is understanding what your home needs.
02 / YOUR SYSTEM
Think beyond the equipment.
Sizing, placement, and installation all matter. Evan’s attention to detail brings the focus back to how the system fits your space.
03 / YOUR SPECIALIST
Know who’s doing the work.
Talk directly with Evan about the project. He stays personally involved in your installation and explains where other trades are needed, so you know who is responsible for each part of the job.
A LITTLE CLARITY
Good questions. Clear answers.
